  • Monthly income limit of $2,163 for individuals and $4,326 for married couples (higher incomes may qualify through financial trusts)

Additionally, you must:

  • Enroll in the DD/HCBS iBudget Waiver
  • Live in your own or a family home
  • Select a representative (if needed)
  • Complete CDC+ Initial Training and pass the Initial Training Readiness Review with a score of 85% or higher
  • Submit the application, enrollment documents, and direct deposit form to your CDC+ consultant
  • Allow at least three weeks for processing
